I had two root canals done in one day. was necessary because of the nature of the problem and also because I am such an apprehensive patient that I'm best served by getting things over with. The entire staff and Dr. Han treated me with the utmost respect and compassion. Over the course of the two-our procedure, for which I was given nitrous oxide, one of the chair side assistants came into give me frequent head rubs -- that, to me, is extraordinary medical ethics. Dr. Han is delightful -- professional, fairly fast-moving, but you never ever feel "left in the dust."
I hope I never have to have another root canal, but if I do, I know exactly where I will go to have it done. The office itself is lovely--situated inside an old Boston brownstone, beautifully decorated with lots of natural light coming into the operating suite and a huge vase of orchids swirling up toward the ceiling.
Most importantly for me: my teeth are terrible. I inherited nightmares. I am accustomed to having dentists blame me for this, and I felt none of the usual shame upon opening my mouth.

I had a wonderful experience with this office, from start to finish. My dentist referred me for a re-do of an old root canal that was starting to bother me. Dr Han was able to get rid of the pain after the first visit. I had to come back a second time to finish cleaning it out. What I liked about Dr Han specifically is how she took the time to explain everything to me. She never made me feel rushed even though there were 3 people in the waiting room. She seemed to take her time while she was working on me and genuinely seemed to care how I was doing.
About Front Desk: I thought the front desk staff was helpful and friendly- none of the attitude that I've gotten at other offices. Some people can make you feel like they are doing you a favor by answering your questions. Not here.
A big thanks to Dr. Susan Han! She was very professional, efficient and courtesy of my time. How many people can say that actually had a relaxing experience during a root canal? Dr. Han is the best and very affordable.

I visited Dr. Han's office for a route canal and was extremely impressed with every part of my experience, from the amount of parking available, to the way the staff makes you feel relaxed. Regina at the front desk makes you feel at home and at ease with an introduction and warm welcome. Dr. Han's assistant is patient and kind, and plays whatever music you choose which helps put you at ease. Together, Dr. Han and her assistant worked like a well oiled machine and frequently asks if you're ok. The procedure was done so quickly and painlessly that I was shocked! I couldn't even believe how thorough Dr. Han was and I left her office amazed by her and her team. I would definitely recommend Dr. Han over and over again! I will never fear a route canal again!

Dr. Han, quite frankly, is one of the best dentists I've ever encountered. Hear the word root canal, and patients are generally not happy. But from the moment I was referred by my general dentist to the completion of treatment, I felt like I was in good hands. The office makes it easy to make appointments, and registration is simplified with electronic forms. The office itself is gorgeous, feeling more like a relaxing yoga studio than a dentist's office. But the real reason I'm writing this review is Dr. Han herself. She's really a wonderful person, and someone that you can imagine as your friend, rather than dentist. She put me at ease immediately, and talked me through each step of the procedure. It really was painless, and before I knew it, it was done. I can't say that I loved getting any dental work done, but Dr. Han made the whole experience as easy as possible. I would recommend Dr. Han to anyone who needs a root canal.
"You will need a root canal" are words that would usually chill my heart. But now that I've found Dr. Han's practice, I won't be as frightened if I need another root canal.
They were able to fit me in (today or next month- I took today) quickly. The woman at the front desk was extremely efficient and I was told my out of pocket costs before the procedure was started.
Dr. Han took the time to explain what was wrong with my tooth and the treatment she proposed before starting. The actual treatment itself was completely pain free. It really was very surprising.
I have had a LOT of dental work done in the past and this was by far the easiest procedure I've ever had. If you need a root canal- you need to go see Dr. Han.
I found Dr. Han through the network. I was very assured when I met her that I was in good hands with her and her staff. She is extremely competent and confident in her work and would highly recommend her to any human being who does not like any procedures other than to have you teeth cleaned! she is the Best!
